Sunday Worship Celebrations

Vineyard Church of Augusta offers two unique Worship Celebrations each Sunday:

9:30 AM - 10:45 AM
11:15 AM - 12:30 PM

Communion is available during worship at the 9:30 AM & 11:15 AM Celebrations every Sunday. On the 1st Sunday of every month, we partake of communion together as an element of our corporate worship.

At the morning celebrations, a nursery and children’s ministry is available
for infants through 8th graders.

What happens at a Sunday Celebration?
Both Sunday Celebrations follow this similar order of service:
Relax
When you enter our doors, you'll find a comfortable setting complete with warm and friendly faces and fresh-brewed coffee or tea.
Worship
After a brief welcome and prayer, you are invited to listen or participate in a celebration of God's goodness through song. This usually lasts about 25 minutes. For the most part, the style of music is adult contemporary. A worship team consisting of three to four vocalists and a band with guitars, keyboards and drums lead the congregation. The lyrics for the songs are on large TV monitors. The songs we sing are simply tools to express our hearts to God.
Welcome and Plugs
This is a time for a few quick words and images about current happenings in the life of the church.
Worship in Giving
This is the time when we give our tithes and offerings freely to God as an act of worship.
Message
Each week, the pastor presents the Word of God in a practical and inspiring way, in conjunction with God's current prophetic word. Our aim is to hear and obey God's Word to us...to be "doers of the Word" who are becoming more like Christ.
