My name is Reese LeRoy and I'm privileged to be the Lead Pastor of Vineyard Church of Augusta.

I was born and raised near Augusta in small town called Lincolnton. I came to follow Jesus as an 11-year-old and grew up in an Assemblies of God church.

While I was a student at Oral Roberts University, I met my wife Mary-Margaret, a North Carolina native. After we married in 1990, Mary-Margaret and I moved to Augusta and started attending the Augusta Vineyard.

At the time, I was a broadcaster with the Augusta NBC affiliate and Mary-Margaret was a high school English teacher. We anticipated our time in Augusta to be short, but God had other plans. In 1995 after seven years in TV news, God called me to come on staff at the Vineyard as Associate Pastor and Worship Leader. In 2003, I became Lead Pastor after our Founding Pastor Thor Colberg moved to Huntersville, NC, to plant another Vineyard church.

Mary-Margaret and I are the proud parents of three beautiful little girls: Lily, Emma Catherine and Charlotte. They are the joy of our lives and really bring out our strengths and weaknesses. God continually uses them to show us a great deal about His love for us.

Mary-Margaret and I enjoy cooking and entertaining together. As a result of our love of food, we try to convince ourselves that we also love to work out. Running is our common exercise of choice. We also enjoy being involved with various groups in the greater Augusta community.

I love good music from all genres. Lyle Lovett, YoYo Ma and Sting are among my favorites. Thanks to XM Satellite Radio, I'm adding new favorites everyday.

I really consider it an honor and a privilege to lead and work with this wonderful group of people assembled as Vineyard Church of Augusta. I know that God has so many incredible things for us all! I can't wait to see what's next.
