Welcome to the Vineyard! My name is Mary-Margaret LeRoy I've the been the Children's Pastor here since 2008, but I've been attending the Vineyard since 1990. My husband Reese and I began attending the church just a few months after we were married. We'd both graduated from Oral Roberts University and were persuing our careers: his in televion, and mine as a high school English teacher. We fell in love with the Vineyard because here, we don't just read God's word, we do it.
Now we have three terrific daughters, Lily, Emma Catherine, and Charlotte and two cats, Pumpkin and Rufus. Our children are our delight. The cats--not so much. With activities for the girls and our involvment with the church our lives are quite full and loud! Our girls love biking, running, dancing, singing, playing piano...sometimes all at once! Reese and I are both into fitness especially running. I am a die hard spin fanatic.
Before the kids and the cats, I taught high school English for seven years at a Christian school. After we started having children, I began teaching writing at a school for home school children. I didn't realize it at the time, but my work then was really preparing me for my work now.
It's a real honor to have a hand in telling children that Jesus loves them and always will. I am blessed by working with a wonderful team of men and women who love Jesus and love children.
